Welcome to our applications. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") set out the conditions that apply when you install, access, or use any application created and distributed by Qasim Azair. Your use of the Apps means you accept and agree to follow these Terms.

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not handle or retain your credit card, bank, or other payment details associated with those transactions.
3. App Store Purchases and Refunds
Payments completed through Apple's App Store are normally considered final. Refunds may only be available where required by applicable law or where Apple approves the request under its policies.
If you want to request a refund, you must submit the request to Apple directly because developers do not have the ability to independently process App Store refunds.

Refund eligibility and approval are determined by Apple.
4. Account or App Access
We may limit, suspend, or discontinue your ability to use an App when necessary. This may occur if we believe the App has been misused, fraudulent activity has occurred, or these Terms have been breached.
Where appropriate, such action may be taken without advance notification.
5. App Availability and Disclaimer
Our Apps are offered without guarantees regarding their availability, reliability, or performance.
We cannot promise that an App will operate continuously, remain free of technical problems, or meet every individual requirement. You choose to use the Apps at your own discretion and responsibility.
6. Responsibility for Losses
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Qasim Azair will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses connected with your use of the Apps.
If we are found liable for a claim relating to an App, our maximum liability will generally be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant App or its services, if applicable.
7. Modifications to This Agreement
These Terms may be changed or updated when necessary. When changes are made, the revised version will be made available through the appropriate channels.
Continuing to use an App after the revised Terms take effect indicates your acceptance of those changes.
